How AI is making me use paper more?
For a long time, my biggest challenge was how do I do something? How do I create something? How do I take this idea and make it happen? In the last six to eight months, that's totally changed.
I want to explore design. I use Cloud Design Map to create my racecraft OS. It's the visual meaning system that's driving my book, my new website and everything else. And I use Codex and Cloud Code to actually convert that visual meaning into real websites, into how the book looks, into how the images can show up.
Same goes for what I'm doing with new ideas. What is a Git for government, Git for enterprise look like? I had this idea that we need innovation infrastructure. Then from there I made went into building sacred timeline.
What I've realized is that actually execution is becoming easy and easier. So what's hard is thinking, it's ideating, it's purpose, its goals, its vision.
And that's where paper comes in. I was preparing for this presentation to senior directors in the Department of Education presenting about AI next week. And what I realized was, AI can absolutely take my ideas and create a presentation. By the way, all my presentation on HTML now, not PPT.

But AI works really, really easily on HTML. So I sat down, started working through my book. I started designing what is the story I want to say, how do I want to frame it? What visuals do I want to use?
Once I had those two pages drawn up, then I gave it to the AI. I said use my Racecraft OS design system. Use these other presentations I've created. take these papers, take these ideas I've given you. Now let's iterate on creating this presentation.

That's why paper is more important. And I think the more we get closer to enabling ourselves to be supercharged with AI, the more we invite something fundamentally not digital, something that we want to try, write, feel, understand and connect to.
The big change I'm seeing in the co-intelligent world is that doubly to spend time on on your own, to think, to figure out, to absorb, to explore, to imagine is actually becoming more important because the execution is becoming easy every day.
Start using paper.
